We have seen a trend of some organizations looking to have the I&D role be part of an HR rotation development experience or as an opportunity to appoint a new I&D leader from the business. While these practices can bring some new thinking & greater business connection, it can also place the new leader in a challenging situation to get off to a strong start while possibly not having had any experience with I&D previously. Based on our decades of experience in leading I&D in organizations, we provide dedicated coaching for I&D leaders. The Inclusion Institute team are deeply experienced with all aspects of I&D, and we have been teaching & coaching new I&D practitioners for years.
